In 1992 the first Leonberger moved into our house!
Anschi Löwe von Bad Boll (HD A2), the female I have started
to breed with, had born her first litter in kennel
"vom St. Wendelin" in 1994
and was accompany me for 9 wonderful years of my live.

In the meantime we had 17 Litters within 15 years of breeding.
Breeding these friendly giants is only a hobby.
As bigger is the happiness if one of my three females is mated successfully,
the potential birthday approaches and suddenly, the first puppy is born.
... also after 15 years - every time it is a happening!

I make a point of the adult dog's and puppie's healthiness,
best socialisation and the typical character
a Leonberger is used to have.
The puppies live with us in our house until they move
to their new owner, which we ever choose very carefully.
When we have good weather they can go into the garden as well.
During these time they will be dewormed 3 times,
get their basic immunisation and their microchip.
When they are 8-9 weeks old we say goodbye and let them move
to their new families.

We are a member of the German Leonberger Club
and so we have to meet special conditions because of the dogs and kennel.
Every time again, the appropriate person from
German Leonberger Club is checking everything
when he is coming to watch the litter we have at this moment.
Every puppy gets them vaccination card and, certainly,
accepted papers by FCI/VDH from the DCLH
(German Leonberger Club e.V.) when it is moving.
All the new owners get a description for puppy's upbringing,
in which the foodplan and the basic principles for education of the
puppy are explained.
